Everything was excellent, me and my children appreciated the stay. Location was marvellous, just next door to the garden and central pedestrian street and mountains. I had setting near the city centre. Overall experience was awesome!

Good location, clean rooms, value for money. Glass ceiling in Apartment 1 was spectacular. Pool and sauna were amazing. Walkable to city center. Underground parking useful.

Great location, walking distance to main spots. Car park well organized and useful. Beautiful and clean apartment, comfortable and with spa open until 10pm. No breakfast tried, would recommend and stay again.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and the main pedestrian street. Additionally, being surrounded by the beautiful mountains made it even more special. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa which had an amazing pool and sauna. The cleanliness of the apartment exceeded my expectations, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The designated parking area was very convenient, making it easy for me to park my car. this place was a great choice for my family holiday.

Perfect location with amazing views, heated pool and saunas available. All kitchen equipment provided including dishwasher. Standard of cleanliness and quiet area. Friendly staff at reception. Convenient wristband system for access and secure car park on site. Astonishing views from apartments and pool.

Convenient Location for Exploring 🏞️. This place provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the popular attractions in the area. It was situated in a beautiful area close to the city center, making it easy to get around and see all the sights.

The kitchenette in the apartment was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals. The living room was cozy and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. The private bathroom was clean with bathrobes and a refreshing shower. The spa and wellness centre was a blissful retreat, like a soothing oasis.

Limited towel replacements.

We had a great value for our money, with a modern and clean room at Vip Apartamenty Royal Spa. The location was beautiful, with lots of snow and a short walk to the town. The staff treated us well and the facilities, especially the heated pool, were amazing.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better was to have more variety on the menu.

Great location! the hotel was conveniently located near the main street, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. Plus, the underground garage was a lifesaver, especially during the snowy Easter season. Another perk was the modern and clean room, which made our stay comfortable.

Not impressed! the check-in process was confusing and inconvenient, having to go to a different address to collect the keys.
